We guarantee that you receive the same quality you test .
3. IMPORTANT:
It is strictly forbidden to clone the files that we send you. In other words, install a lines in more than one receiver. This is a case of breach of contract, without refund.
Detecting a double login your account will be suspended with no refund .
Detecting Re-share account will be suspended with no refund .
When you subscribe to our servers Cardsharing, you accept these conditions and you can not in any way change your mind.
4. GENERAL PROVISIONS:
4.1. Using service Getcccam.com, the User accepts conditions of the given agreement. The administration of service Getcccam.com reserves the right to itself to change the given agreement without the prior notification of the User. New conditions inure from the moment of accommodation on site Getcccam.com
4.2. We will respond to all emails within 24H.
4.3. Installation and configuration help if necessary are done remotely via software Teamviewer.
4.4. Your C-lines or file CCcam.cfg will be issued 24 Hour maximum after the successful verification and confirmation of your order..
4.5. Along with our service, PPV is granted to our customers as gift and is not guaranteed.
5. RESTRICTION OF USE:
5.1. The user has no right to use given out to it service Getcccam.com a login, till the moment of its activation or after its deactivation.
5.2. The user has no right to use some tuners for one account. ***
5.3. The user has no right to use program OpenBoxShare or WSP!
5.4. The user has no right to look through simultaneously some channels (Twin receivers, DVB a card, PIP, the postponed record)
5.5. The user is obliged to be disconnected from a login (package) at which validity has ended.
5.6. The user has no right to transfer data of a server to 3rd persons (Only approved resellers are allowed)
*** if you have a need to use service for several tuners, it is necessary to register a separate login for each tuner.
5. PAYMENTS:
5.1. We accept payment by Paypal, Cards and Crypto.
If you are having trouble ordering online, we accept also other payment methods.
6. DELIVERY:
Once we received your payment confirmation email purchase will be sent in this stage we will work to setup your account in our servers usually in a few minutes. In very rare cases will take up to 24h .
6.1. We process orders in chronological order of arrival. However certain times, especially if there are dozens of outstanding orders are loaded this can cause a slight delay in getting your orders delivered in the guaranteed time.
6.2. Your test line will be delivered instantly .
6.3. If your test period is not yet completed and you make payment, count your subscription will take effect on the effective date of the end of the test.
7. CANCELATIONS / RETURNS POLICY:
7.0. You can ask for refund money on first 7 days only ( weekends and holidays include ). In this case you have to send us a refund request by mail at [email protected]. We will respond in 24h if you are eligible for a refund.
Note: Refund usually takes 20~90 work days to take place and it’s not in our hand to reduce this period. Our payment processors will take care of refund requests. We will refund any users immediately after seeing the request and checking user information.
We will not be able to make any refunds (or make a partial refund) if:
– Customer didn’t satisfy/like the Channel performance. We suggest every customer go for Test before buying Subscriptions. We guarantee the same quality you test nothing more, nothing less.
– Customer is unable to set-up their own box at their end. We will provide our support to setup their boxes, however, because we do not know about the circumstances with the box, our support is limited to pre-defined steps for configurations.
– If some channels or a channel package is freezing or not working. Though almost all of our Servers are stable, sometimes channels do freeze or doesn’t work due to various reasons. We will try to fix the problem asap.
A few conditions:
7.1.We do not provide refunds unless you allow us to adequately try and assist you. If we are unable to resolve the issue for you, we will provide a refund. Please open contact us before requesting a refund for a technical issue.
7.2. The refund request will be processed within 24 hours.
7.3. You can’t ask for a refund when your receiver or system is defective.
7.4. You can’t ask for refund if one package is not working on all providers.
7.5. Test account is not covered by our policy refund in all case.
8. RESHARE :
8.1. You can only reshare you nline if you get a permission from us .
9. RENEW ACCOUNT:
9.1. All accounts are billed according to the dates they were first activated on.
9.2. If you will not pay for service renew in 4 days after deactivating, your account will be suspended.
9.3. If you will not pay for service renew in 6 days after suspension, your account will be terminated.
9.4. You’ll receive an email reminder 7 calendar days before your subscription is due to expire.
10. GUARANTEE:

10.1. We guarantee the proper functioning of 99% of the packages. Some packages may not work, we will try to fix the as soon as possible. This is not considered a reason for refund.

11. RESELLER:
11.1. All top ups as a reseller are excluded from the refund policy.
