2. Purpose of Service
Our service is intended for personal testing purposes only. It is not intended for any illegal activities, including piracy. We encourage all users to test our services first and verify compatibility with their equipment before making any purchases.
3. Service Description
- Quality Guarantee: We guarantee that the service you test during the trial period will be identical to the service you purchase. We do not offer any additional features beyond the trial test.
- Cardsharing: While we strive for maximum reliability, some packages may stop working due to external factors related to cardsharing. We are not responsible for such interruptions, but we will make every effort to resolve them swiftly.
4. User Responsibilities
- No Cloning or Redistribution: You are prohibited from cloning or sharing the service files (e.g., lines) with others. Violating this will result in a breach of contract and no refund will be issued.
- Account Sharing: Sharing your account or credentials with third parties is strictly forbidden unless you have prior written approval from us.
- Multiple Devices: A single account cannot be used on multiple devices unless authorized. You must register separate logins for each tuner or receiver.
5. Refund Policy
Refund requests will only be accepted under specific conditions outlined below.
- Refund Eligibility: You may request a refund within 7 days from your purchase date if the service you received does not match the service you tested. Refunds are not granted simply because you change your mind or because of minor issues. Refund will not be issued if:
- You did not test the service before purchasing. We encourage all users to test the service first.
- You encounter issues with your setup. We provide support, but it is your responsibility to ensure your equipment is compatible and set up correctly.
- Some channels or services experience temporary interruptions. We will try to resolve any issues, but these do not qualify for refunds.
- The issue arises from your receiver or system being defective.
- You request a refund after 7 days from purchase.
- You purchase a test account, as it is explicitly excluded from our refund policy.
Refund Process:
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to [email protected]. We will respond within 24 hours to confirm eligibility.
- If eligible, refunds will be processed through the original payment method, and may take between 20 to 90 business days depending on the payment processor.
6. Account Management
- Renewals: Subscriptions are billed according to the original activation date. If you fail to renew your subscription within 4 days of expiration, your account will be suspended. If payment is not received within 6 days, the account will be terminated.
- Account Reminders: You will receive an email reminder 7 days before your subscription expires.

8. Delivery of Service
- Test Line Delivery: Test lines will be delivered instantly after your request.
- Full Service Delivery: After payment confirmation, your subscription will be activated, and your login credentials (C-lines, etc.) will be sent within 24 hours.
9. Restrictions of Use
- Usage of Service: The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. Any attempt to clone, reshare, or misuse the service will result in termination without refund.
- Multiple Devices: Each login is for single-device use only, unless a separate login is purchased.
- Resharing: Resharing the service or reselling it without authorization will lead to account suspension and no refund.
10. Guarantees & Limitations
- Service Uptime: We guarantee a 99.9% server uptime. However, some service interruptions may occur due to external factors. These do not qualify for a refund.
- Package Availability: We strive to provide 99% functional package availability. If a package stops working, we will address the issue as quickly as possible, but this is not grounds for a refund.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
12. Support
Our team is available 24/7 to assist with setup and troubleshooting via email or remote support tools such as TeamViewer. However, we are not responsible for ensuring that your equipment is compatible with our service.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and you will be bound by the new terms upon continued use of our services.
